Here at Thrive4Mom our mission is to help build healthy communities and therefore we are always looking for opportunities to educate and strengthen our communities. It is important to our organization that we connect with other individuals and organizations in our communities who share the same ideas and practices. We are excited to host our first Community Outreach Effort that aligns with our core value of making a difference in our community.
Come join us for a Women’s Self Defense Class that will make a great Mom’s Night Out or Mother/Daughter evening. Some of our T4M team daughters will be there too. Due to some of the subject matter that will be discussed (sexual assault), it is recommended that children be a minimum of 12 years old. If a child is younger than that and the parent feels comfortable with the subject matter then the age minimum will be left up to the parent.
Class description, details and registration below. This event is open to the community so please feel free to spread the word. Online registration is required to reserve your spot.

Assault comes in many different forms:
Mental, emotional and verbal abuse
Assault on self-esteem, value and worth
And the list goes on………
Learning some complicated self-defense moves in a class will not protect you from these.
It is time for the traditional
Self Defense Class to get a Makeover!!!
Inher Power Seminars will teach you how to protect yourself in EVERY way. You will learn some really cool simple moves that you can actually use, but more importantly you will learn how to defend and protect yourself from all assaults. Inher Power is so much more than the physical! Multiple forms of abuse, assault and threats will be covered. Empower yourself, feel strong and be safe!
Looking forward to seeing you there!
